The links at the top of the page are for information and for contacting
me. The pages include information about me personally and Susie's Handmade
Greetings Cards. There is a link to my contact page, so you can contact me
to answer any general queries that you may have. Also at the top of the page
you will find a link to my delivery details
page. There you
will find details on postage and packaging and delivery times.
A link is also at top of the page for my Custom Cards page. There you can
contact me with your details and to pay for your card(s).
The links down your left-hand side are for all the different occasions available,
just click on the occasion you
wish to view.
To start ordering a custom card, click on the 'Custom Cards' link at the top of the page. There you will be able to fill in the Custom Cards form with your contact details and your greeting card details.
When I receive your details I will contact you via email or if you wish
I will phone or text you. I will contact you to
confirm that I have received
your details. If you have requested a date to receive your order by,
I will let you know
if I can make and send your order in time.
Within my confirmation email, there will be a link to my custom cards payment
page. Please click that link to
pay for your order.
You do have 24 hours to cancel your order and get a full refund if you change your mind.
Each occasion has a main page with all the cards displayed on it. You can click on any of the cards to see an enlarged image for a closer look. When looking at an enlarged image page, the page will open up into a separate window or tab. This will enable you to keep the page open whilst still being able to look at the rest of the site.
When paying for a card, you will be transferred to PayPal. You may need to set up a new account if you've not already got one. It will only take a few moments to set up. Your paypal account is simply an online bank account. Your account is totally secure and it is the safest way to pay for goods online.
Once in Paypal there will be a list of what your going to buy and with the amount for postage and packaging which will be £0.00 as postage and packaging are always free.
Your details will not be passed on to any other person(s) or company.
