Please read these terms and conditions carefully, purchasing from Susie's
Handmade Greetings Cards website means you
agree to them.
1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards to the customer (the purchaser) named on the order form provided on Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. My acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
2. Cards
Every greeting card is individually handmade by Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards therefore there may be a slight variation on each design. All materials and envelopes will be chosen from stock if the particular envelope or other material shown in the card image is not available at any time.
Some of our cards are not suitable for handling by children under
3 years.
Custom made cards must be paid for before they are made. This is to stop
unwanted orders/cards from being made. If customers wish to cancel a custom
card order once the order has been made, the customer will not be eligible
for a refund. Custom cards are uniquely designed for the customer so cannot
be sold any other individual. The money paid for an unwanted card will
cover the cost for time taken to design and create the customers custom
made greetings card.
3. Ordering
You can buy products from me online using my payment service provider PayPal. PayPal provide a secure purchasing environment online and handle all credit and debit card payments. You can pay by Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Electron, Delta, or with your PayPal Account. Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards does not accept Personal Cheques.
4. Prices
4a. The prices displayed on my website are in British pounds (£Sterling).
4b. The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our web site
at the time you place your order.
4c. All prices displayed on this site are Inclusive of UK VAT which is currently
17.5%. This tax is not charged on orders dispatched to countries outside
of the EU, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.
4d. We reserve the right to change the prices of the products at any time.
5. Delivery
Delivery times depend on the destination within the country. Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards will not be held liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Please contact us right away if your goods do not arrive when expected and I will investigate.
6. Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, for whatever reason, you should contact Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards to arrange a return. Custom-Made greetings cards are non-returnable, and non-refundable. Any postage paid for returning any greetings cards will not be refunded by Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards.
7. Privacy
Under no circumstances will your details be given to any company, peoples or sold for monetary gain. Your details will be kept safe and secure.
8. General
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, but do not affect your statutory rights.
When placing an order with Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards, you are making an offer to purchase the goods contained within that order. We reserve the right to accept or decline that offer.
We will not accept liability for any errors in the description of goods on the website, and can change those descriptions at any time. We will however do our utmost to correct any problems as soon as we become aware of them.
Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards can only be held liable for loss up to the cost of the product(s) purchased.
Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use, or your inability to use our website.
All copyright, design and intellectual property rights relating to our designs will remain the property of Susie's Handmade Greetings Cards.
